On the other hand I don't see much physical change. :-(
As spring is coming, I better start biking.

The studies are also progressing... slowly.

Corsetwise, the news seems to have slowed down. Cute little toy, and nice to have a good big selection of my music collection in one place.

I only had had it for about an hour or so, before it locked up, and I had to reset it. :-) Also a big shame that the iTunes software load several applications at boot up time on my Windows system. Even when I don't want to use the iTunes software. A real bummer from Apple.

I got/bought some audio books, but the most eyecatching feature, is showing videos on that tiny screen.

Recently I have build-up for running. I can almost run the entire route without having to stop and walk some of the time. Now it is the old damage in my right knee that keeps me from doing what I want to - Grrrr! Halfway through, I get some sharp pains. Clear signs to walk and stretch for a while. Anyway, by warming up carefully before running, and doing stretching exercises afterwards, it is getting better. Slow and gradual are the keywords. Anyway, I am happy that the LEFT knee doesn't complain.

Those new high-tech running shoes makes a HUGE difference. They cost €1+ per hour - when running, according to the person that measured me for them. That is cheap for saving my knees and ankles. And they are entry models!

Now, let me see what they have in walking boots. :-)
